NeuroLab 360 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit neurologic rehabilitation and wellness clinic in Encinitas, CA. Our clinic is run by three Doctors of Physical Therapy who are all Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialists. We are a cash based clinic so that we can provide the necessary plan of care to help each individual reach their goals rather than being bound by what insurance deems as "medically necessary". We strongly believe that highly skilled and specialized neurologic physical therapy and wellness should be available to everyone in need and therefore we fundraise through donations and grants in order to provide scholarships to individuals in our community. We specialize in working with individuals with any neurologic diagnosis including spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury. In addition to one on one physical therapy and wellness, we also offer group exercise classes (both virtually and in person), educational seminars, and support groups.
