Runtime: 1 hour, 15 minutes

In episode five of True Wheelchair Life: SCI Life Uncovered, the topic of going back to work and keeping your Medicaid is at hand, and our host Tiffiny has invited three people with spinal cord injuries to share their experiences. Nearly everyone who tries to go back to work after a spinal cord injury faces some push back from their Medicaid coverage. We will discuss how Disabled Medicaid has only been activated in 30+ states, and we’ll hear from people who have experienced Medicaid troubles with being cut off completely to having to work around the system.

Please share your comments on one of our Medicaid blog posts here; you can also share your own story.
