A C7 quad from Orlando, Florida, Amanda Perla is a huge proponent of activity-based therapy post-SCI and her mother Liza founded NextStep Orlando Paralysis Recovery Center. Amanda is also engaged to be married later in 2019.
Paralyzed during a surgery to remove a tumor, Jessika Kattah has become a huge advocate of adaptive sports and activities since her injury. She represents iFLY Fort Lauderdale and she is known for her popular blog - itsthatwheelkindoflove.com - where she shares her and her fiancé's life together, who also has a spinal cord injury.
A Navy veteran, Troy Smith is a physical therapist at Stay in Step, an activity-based rehab center founded by Romy Camargo, a Green Beret veteran who was paralyzed in the line of duty and is a quadriplegic. Troy shares the great things they are doing at Stay in Step and how you can attend by utilizing financial assistance.
Representing iFLY Tampa, Anna Griffin is in charge of sales and marketing at this location and shares the ins and outs of this cool new adaptive activity and how people with spinal cord injuries can safely take part.
