Injured over 30 years ago while playing baseball, Loren Worthington has been paralyzed for several decades. Even though he hasn't lived in cold weather climes the entire time (he currently lives in AZ), he does get cold easily on a regular basis which is just a part of life for many living with paralysis. He shares his fantastic tips for staying warm, plus as Head of Marketing for the 360 Ability Center in Phoenix, an adaptive sports center, he talks about this great facility and what it offers to the spinal cord injury community.

Injured several decades ago while playing football as a teenager, Brian quickly realized he didn't want to leave the sport, and he coached football and basketball for over 20 years afterward, all while living in Illinois and dealing with its brutal winters. He has had a lot of time living as a quadriplegic which means he has a lot of advice to share.
