About Frazier Rehab Institute's Community Fitness & Wellness Center

The Community Fitness and Wellness Center at Frazier Rehab Institute, in collaboration with the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation's NeuroRecovery Network, provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to be 'fit for life'. Specifically designed for individuals with physical disabilities, this activity-based exercise program helps improve cardiovascular/aerobic fitness, muscular strengthening and flexibility.

The center is fully accessible with state of the art equipment, and our highly skilled and trained activity-based technicians can facilitate customized interventions.  Comprehensive evaluations of the neuromuscular system and overall health are available to help individuals develop a longitudinal health maintenance plan. Cardiovascular fitness, strength training, guided exercise, neuromuscular electrical stimulation and locomotor training are all available with highly skilled staff to share your journey.

Known for world-class care in comprehensive acute rehab, Frazier Rehab Institute provides extensive therapy across a number of specialties for inpatient and outpatient rehab needs.
